Had the Oneplus 1, 5, 8T, and now the 11. Always really happy, only OnePlus has been negligent in delivering a phone case with the 11 (as advertised). Ordered a case from a third party, but while waiting for that to arrive, the back plate of the 11 cracked after 1,5 days while it was in my pocket with no other items in my pocket. (Phone was fine, got in the car, after a half hour drive, pulled the phone out of pocket, and it was cracked)Been in discussing with customer support for weeks now but they say : "The OnePlus 11 back casting is made of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 (GG5) and it is not possible for it to be shattered to this extend without an external force."I fully agree, and therefore this is a factory fault. The back plate was pressed with too much tension and therefore broke. When one would look at it you would see the corners are not broken, and this does not come from impact damage as they claim.They refuse to help me, and continuously hide behind their terms and conditions, instead of taking responsibility for delivering a faulty product. Costumer support keeps responding with really "sweet" messages, but are not helpful in any way.Now they want me to pay for a €124 repair that is a factory error. This is my 4th OnePlus phone, and their phones have always worked really well, but because of this incident it will be the last one I buy.Might as well shut down customer support.
