I placed the order on 02/10/2023 for OnePlus 115G Phone + Case, and I didn't receive the product yet. Its been more than 1 month. I have contacted the customer support team several times and no proper response to my queries. And when they respond, the response will be the same - wait for 24 to 48 hours to get back.. I did everything that you OnePlus suggested so far.. And as a customer, I spent more time on this issue than Oneplus actually spent. Being a seller, I don't see any effort from the OnePlus team to resolve my issue and Oneplus never took the responsibility on this. Very poor and horrible customer service.. I am still waiting on OnePlus to issue a refund for my order..
