Both myself and my husband have had Oneplus phones for a long time and never had any issues until I decided to get their flagship OP 11 phone. I have managed to use it for only a few hours only to notice issues within the system. I was advised by customer service to do the factory reset, which didn't help the issue. Then I was told to send it for repair, which I did the same day. My phone has been with them now for 10 days and every day I ask what is the progress and every day is a different story but no one is actually giving an answer as to what is wrong with the phone nor when I will receive a replacement or my phone back.I feel like they do this on purpose so you run out of 30 days guaranteed money return if you dont like the phone. Oneplus customer service is awful and they are all a bunch of liars. All I want is my "flagship" overpriced phone back in working condition and some honesty.Case ID: 230307-006456
