Expect a "refurbished"/tampered device if you're not buying the latest model. I received my OnePlus Nord with the seal broken, missing packaging and finger marks on the screen.Also the battery percentage was around 36% which seems suspicious as all new devices usually come with around 80%.They offered to replace the device which will take 7-9 working days. This doesn't seem very fair considering it's an issue with their quality control on their side which is our of my control!!This isn't my first OnePlus. I have had most models since the first one but this will definitely be my last after talking to their customer service!Order number - E312303015090001596
