I purchased the OnePlus 11 with a trade-in...big mistake. I should have read others experiences first.I never received the phone (USPS lost it), but I was charged for it.I contacted OnePlus support several times trying to either get the phone or a refund, but that was too much for them to handle. At the moment I am disputing the charge with the credit card company. Now, OnePlus is also charging me for the trade-in.I explained to them, again and again, that I have not received the new phone, so I cannot send my phone until I receive the new phone first. That did not compute either.They kept telling me they will solve the issue and contact me, but never did. I had to contact them each time.OnePlus phones are ok, but dealing with the company is a horrid experience.
