I love one plus phones but there customer care is letting them down. I bought 10pro with trade-in offer, but never got the shipping label from them to send my old phone back. I have email them, chat with them, also have called them and everytime they say its been escalated and I get response in 5 days but that never happens. Now I have paid almost £100 more for my phone as trade-in didnt happen, which I havent bought if the offer wasnt there.
