UPDATE: 9 months later and still not resolved - I never heard from them again!Most companies allow customers to download a VAT receipt against their orders for UK tax purposes, but OnePlus don't. Their help/support/community forums guide users to raise a support request for this.This process does not work!I've now spent three weeks raising/updating tickets - none of which has managed to achieve what should be a simple task.First ticket was closed 2-3 days later with no response other than "we assume you've resolved the matter"!Second ticket (that referenced the first), picked up and asked for a number of details (some private to my company). I supplied all the details I could - certainly enough for a VAT invoice and go no further replies.Third ticket (that referenced the second), picked up and escalated to another team, days later go a request to provide almost the same info I'd provided already on the second ticket. Responded with all the info and no response in 3 days.This should be easy, and it's so far been hard/impossible... so I'd avoid OnePlus for business purchases.
