Whilst OnePlus make the best phones I have ever used, they have the worst customer support I have experienced in my life.I bought a OnePlus 10 Pro, which arrived with a crack on the back panel. The phone worked amazingly, but I sent it for repair a while later. I was advised on Live Chat that repair would be free, and would take 5-7 days, and sent my phone off thinking everything would go smoothly.I did not hear a word - not one email, text or call - for 3 weeks. Only when I called to enquire, did I find out that the repair had not even begun, and they were waiting for a payment which nobody had notified me about. I paid for the repair - even though I should not have been made to pay for damage which took place before I got the brand-new phone - and was told I'd get updated in 24-48 hours.It has now been 9 weeks, and I am phoneless and out of pocket. OnePlus have stolen my phone and my money, with no foreseeable update as I keep getting replies saying "please be patient and wait". I have sought legal advice and escalated this case further, and nothing seems to phase these people - who are absolutely awful at customer service.Your OnePlus phone will work amazingly, but if there is so much as one issue, I guarantee you will have the worst experience of your life trying to sort it.Avoid this scam company.
