Replaced a 5T (over 5 years old) with 10 Pro. Faulty from Day 1. Did everything except make phone calls on speakerphone. Advised a week after purchase and told "network fault". After 4 round trips to Vodafone and new SIM, ESTABLISHED NOT NETWORK FAULT. It was blatantly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Reluctantly returned phone for repair on 29th December.Despite 2 emails, supposed response 48 hrs - NO REPLY and around 10 phone calls, there is no update. I have upwards of 12 "Case numbers". Every time you ring you get a new one!I desperately need a reliable phone for medical reasons and the fact we are moving house.I now have NO PHONE. They received it back according to Royal Mail. I'm out of pocket to £750 plus and cannot afford to buy another phone. I keep ringing but get no joy. Most terrible experience and NO PHONE.
