Ik ben 4 jaar geleden met het gebruiken van een oneplus telefoon. Onlangs wil ik mijn ervaring upgraden en heb hierbij de Oneplus pad met het toetsenbord gekocht. Hierbij zou ik eigenlijk een gift terwaarde van 99€ krijgen en ging er van uit dat dit de Pecil die bij de tablet hoort zou zijn. Maar toen de zending voor de deur verscheen was deze nergens te bekennen. Langs contact gehad met Oneplus (denk nu al bijna een maand aan het mailen etc...) Maar tot geen resultaat. Mijn ervaring met oneplus was goed. Maar nu de klantenservice te hebben ervaren vindt ik het belachelijk hoe ze mij eigenlijk in de steek hebben gelaten en ook voel ik mij opgelicht door Oneplus (ik kan hem nu ook niet meer terug sturen). But ofcourse the pencil was not instock and before the promotion this was the case aswell. So I don't get why they write a promotion with the Pencil clearly in it but nowwhere near of giving it with the product. I tried to change the adapter afterwards but ofcourse the customer support of Oneplus after more than a month is like no, we don't do that and your to late for your warranty period.
