I have got 10T 12+256 model. It has been 9 months since I got the mobile phone. I met Ms.preeti staff at your vashi store. There is a problem with the cable. So the old cable is being kept to give a new cable for that. So what will I benefit from waiting for 8 days. I would rather purchase a new one. And I am one plus model cha regular customer. If your staff is making arguments... third class service is from one plus store.. from here on I request my friends. Do not purchase one plus phone. Very dirty service.
