I purchased a set of earbuds that worked for about 2 weeks, I have now been attempting to break through the wall of stupid known as oneplus customer support.I sent my fault earbuds to them after wasting about a week of them ignoring me and have now been waiting 3 weeks for them to send my replacement.Their Live chat agents cannot provide any useful information, and my only remedy is likely to be a chargeback.To compare I had to return a set of faulty Jabra buds a couple months ago and the time from support ticket opening to replacement was 4 days.oneplus are just utterly incompetent.
