Upgraded my one plus 9 to the 10 Pro during a trade in event where there was a bonus €100 for trade ins. Two months of failed shipping labels, being told the same things by customer service, being ignored for days on end eventually got a label (They created it with completely wrong details for my address, luckily the courier rang me and arranged pick up). the phone I traded in is like new only a few months old. Just got my quote back, half of what they offered me and no bonus 100 from the offer. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. It's like talking to robots that are clearly writing from a script. AVOID
