Unbelievably poor product and even worse refund/customer service. I Purchased the new Onephone 11 after watching all the marketing launch etc thinking this could be the Samsung killer. Product was poor so I sent it back as per legal TCs along with the buds. So, I get an email saying they are only refunding a portion of the amount I paid. Contact customer support and they can't confirm why (all items where in the box so it should be easy) but have to wait 3-5 working days while they email another department. Shoddy. Fast to take the money and looks like I will have to go through my credit card company as I'm not going to be lost in the system while they take money which this outfit feels like. Stick to literally any other brand except this one. Not good for first impressions.Update: The company appears to have dishonest people working now - they claim not both items are sent back which they were. Be very careful of using this company as it appears they are dishonest with not actual proof of any returns from their end switching blame to the customer. I will be taking this to the credit card company now.Update 2: So, I added both items to the return as the returns process isn't that easy and it has gone missing so further to this indicates that employees they use for returns may not be as honest as they need to.
