I had an interaction via chat about my headphones not working very well. I was sent a link to share with royal mail and sent the device back for replacement.After 1 week of sending the headphones, I contacted one plus again and they said they were dealing with the request.I contacted them 3 more times, and on the last one, they asked for the tracking number provided by royal mail. I was never made aware about them needing that, i none of my interactions. The request for this information was done around one month after i sent the product.Now, they are not doing anything without the tracking number, and I was left with not headphones at all. This is plain scam and robbery.This is the second one plus phone i have and definitely the last one. Awful service.
