I purchased a OnePlus 10T 5G phone from One plus UK as previously I have had a One plus 5T which worked really well.My phone delivery was on the 30th of January 2023, the Phone was delivered with a broken seal, I immediately let Customer services know as I do not want to open the package given that it has been tampered with. I asked them to change the phone for a new one with the seal and case intact.Very unfortunate to say, the UK office has been unresponsive, just constantly asking to send photos of the box and saying this has been escalated, but I'm without a phone now as my old phone has packed in.Ridiculous that we have to wait in limbo with no resolution.Need to stop such companies from operating.
