I've never used OnePlus before, but I ordered a phone early December intending to give it to my niece for Christmas. A week or so later I received a package which turned out to be an empty 'festive box' that lights up. Either OnePlus shipped the wrong package, or the courier delivered the wrong package or perhaps most likely, this is an example of what appears to be a growing problem whereby a courier worker intercepts valuable product and switches for cheap article. I reported immediately to OnePlus support but have had noting but deflection, ludicrous responses asking me to send a video of myself receiving the package or opening the package. Patronising response after patronising response failing to take any ownership or responsibility as the supplier.I would avoid like the plague One Plus, and would urge anyone to avoid the risk of the headache I've experienced. The worst company I've ever dealt with.
