I have an issue with the storage on my OnePlus Nord 2. It keeps filling up showing the Other storage (within settings under storage) as using the whole 256 gig. I need to do a workaround every few days for the phone to clear out Other storage. I reported this to customer services including screenshots of the workaround and what happens seconds after to the storage. They refuse to respond to my actual query and just keep messing around with the ticketing system asking me to either send a new email or to respond to a different ticket number. The person who keeps responding to me with this is called Michael West. They seem to be incompetent at customer service, and using their own ticketing service. My issue is still not resolved. I've had the phone since March 2022 and it shouldn't have such an issue for a new phone
