My 3rd OnePlus but probably my last. Decent phones but the trade-in is a scam and replacement screens are a fortune so the cost of the phone is a false economy. Customer service is shocking.221211-005391 wouldn't let me accept the trade-in value, raised and bumper customer service for a response. No response, now they are sending phone back. Don't trust the trade inEdit following OnePlus Response: it was escalated and I had no response. I have requested an update twice and still no response, to what is a very simple fix. Separately I had an email telling me they were returning the phone so point re waiting escalation demonstrates that they do not have a clue what they are doing.
