still situtaion is same worst product dont go for it..

still, the issue is the same again and again different agents connecting with you in WHATSAPP all want the case history again and again and they will give you 48 hours then no update then after 48 hours same sense less procedure started and give you 48 hours since more than 12 days I suffering no solution no updation disaster service due to their defective product I suffering and that one plus the product is we have for no use like dust. I am pissed very bad decision choosing one plus over another brand poor very very poor experience.
