Horrible service or business fraud??

I have never been more frustrated with a company than I am right now. Just like NoName's experience yesterday, I ordered a new 9 pro phone in November, intending to trade in my used 7t for $195 and receive a $50 bonus. But they've sent me the same email 6 times with a DOWNLOAD LABEL button that has no hyperlink in it. I've talked with 2 agents by phone and 5 agents via email. Everyone tells me I must wait for 3-5 business days to receive a response, but that was 3 weeks now. I've been told twice my case has been "escalated" which apparently means nothing. Yesterday 1+ emailed to say I had failed to send my phone so they CANCELLED MY TRADE IN AND CHARGED MY VISA A $50 PENALTY!!! This is looking more like fraud than bad customer service. I'm out $245 from them because no one can manage sending a hyperlink to get a label to return my phone. I'm researching how to file a complaint with the US Attorney General's office.SO 1+ responded by posting the comment below. They told me to click on a hyperlink that goes straight to the customer service page on their website - exactly where I started 3 weeks ago. This is NOT a solution, just another delay tactic! They've opened 2 tickets, Case ID: 221210-000681 and Case ID: 221202-000341 and can't find either one?! I've messaged with Scarlett Davis, Aaron Frank, Peter Hawk, Simon Peterson, Alexander Brown, Ace H. and others. If you really want to help me, 1+, stop asking me to repeat myself and ask one of them.
