Bought a new phone by using trade-in program my old phone on Black Friday and since then I haven´t received my shipping labels for my old phone to send it back to OnePlus.When I approach the support, you will see how a customer should not be treated for over a shipping labels to wait more than 10 DAYS FOR SIMPLE PIECE OF PAPER and without any update. Everyday I opened the chat for asking a response or feedback and only answer you get "wait 24 or 48 hours". I am returning my phone back and never use OnePlus again. Please go and find a company who has better Customer Support. OnePlus is not one of them.
