I went to the service center, the team had submitted my product for two days and they said no problem, so I collected the product. But I am still facing the same problem, I don't know how the service center team diagnose the device, after that I went to the service center again and this time from my own overview and battery user screenshot, resubmitted my device and said your case is fine but the problem is in both your birds so we will order the part and replace both birds and now almost a week has passed and still my device is not ready. When I try to call the service center the call is not working and if someone picks up the call they say we haven't received the part we will update as soon as we get it but no one knows how long the part And when will I get my device? I am not happy with this kind of service. One Plus Team Please note that the service type is not that good or it is pathetic.
