It is useless to buy products from oneplus store online. When u have a delivery issue or concern they dont have an information about it totally. Even if we wanna connect with agent they purposefully keep us on hold for 10minutes n later connect with us just to show that they are busy. Just placing an order they need apart from that nothing useful info we can get when the order gets delayed or damaged or etc. Useless customer services from oneplus.
