My tv have display issues after technician checking it, he confirmed panel has to be replaced. This was in July 2nd week and after multiple calls to customer care and multiple mails to their so called escalation team, the only response I got is thanks for your patience, we are working on your issue. Finally they sent panel on sep 1st week and after replacement it worked for 2 days and I have same issue again and technician again told panel issue. It's been 15 days now and it is same response I'm getting from oneplus that they are working on resolution. I have spent so much money on this tv and from last 3 months I have kept it for show in my home. I don't know when the issue would be resolved!No one is helping us here.Oneplus service is very pathetic and I would strongly suggest not to buy these product. If you buy and any issues with the product then no one will help you. You should struggle and keep following up with no resolution for months.I would give 0 rating for oneplus service.
