I purchased a oneplus 10T during a trade-in offer period, I was offered £50 plus a £150 bonus as long as I shipped my old phone by 8th september.Where I live, I have no access to Collect+ or DHL and during a support chat, was assured I would be sent a royal mail return label. The response I got via email 2 days later made no sense in relation to my query, followup reply delays meant that I missed the cut-off and was charged the initial £50 discount and lost the opportunity of the bonus.All further communication with Oneplus was unhelpful.
