Dealing with One Plus is an almost sinister experience. Contacting their so-called customer services you enter the beingness of void. You exchange emails with a generic name, offering nothing but repeated public relations platitudes of the most empty kind. Dystopian.The OnePlus8Pro I bought came with missing case and SIM pin. The fingerprint security function did not work. The phone had glowing reviews on its launch from press and YouTube techies alike. However, what they don't tell you is what happens with a faulty product or when something goes wrong: you have to deal with their "customer service". Look at the many awful reviews below mine and then the OnePlus responses to get an idea of what that's like. I have returned the phone and will not be buying a OnePlus anytime soon. It's a bit like being gaslit and drains your energy. Awful.
