I placed and order on July14th for a Nord N20 5G phone from One Plus. The phone was not delivered to my address but Fed Ex insisted and One Plus appeared to believe Fed Ex and not me. My neighbour has a video camera and we looked at the alleged delivery day and nobody came up the driveaway and dropped off the package. I went through the runaround with One Plus for the past 12 days. I was asked to file a false report with the police claiming it was stolen. I had video proof it wasn't delivered or stolen. I refused to file the report as it was not true. The phone finally showed up at my house 11 days after Fed Ex claimed it was delivered. I have asked for a refund and want to send the phone back but as usual not heard back from One Plus. I do not want a product from a company that thinks a customer is lying when they actually didn't receive the order or asks it's customers to fill out false reports. I would give this review a 0 if it was possible and will never order any future products from One Plus.
