I ordered a phone OnePlus Nord CE 2 with a trade in phone and i paid through credit card. The trade in mobile got rejected and the phone got return to the oneplus warehouse. It's being two days now the phone is at there warehouse and the refund has not been processed till now. My credit card statement is about to come next month but they haven't provided me refund.Order Id- M112207236052156749Please process the refund. I'm not able to order even a new one because no refund came.Cheaters ate away my money.
