I think the One Plus Repair Community had changed for bad. My screen cracked about 2 months ago. It took One Plus Repair Team a month to replace my screen. A payment was made on my end but the customer service agent, if any, demanded that I send him a copy of my paid receipt before he can assign any work on my device. Please try hard not to deal with these people. I'm so sorry to say, One Plus service is bad or lack of any.
