Don't even think to buy a one plus tv...This is my 2nd review I purchase one plus tv and display is now not working from last 22 days and my guarantee period is on. I call in customer care many many times but thay can't give proper answer thay are not allowed to give sr.person or one plus off contact number. Every time different answer from customer care. Today is 22nd day i register my complain. Thay don't have any office in Mumbai for on line one plus tv. Buying only u have to call in customer care n thay don't have any answer. Thay only says u have to wait..... Thay are not replying on mail also every 4/5 days thay are sanding mail for more 7/10 days ..... Lots off mail from my side allso but no proper repli. ....I don't no when my tv is now started......very very poor service from one plus tv. .........not reliable.... Don't waste your hard earn money ...n time wasting for mailing n calling in customer care no.....big name with poor service......sad but true
