Absolute joke of a company. I've waited over a month for a refund and have been told numerous amounts of times I will receive it within 5-6 business days and nothing ever materialises. I've had to constantly follow up every 5-6 business days to figure out what is going on to always be met with the exact same response. Pissed off is not the word.Luckily I made the purchase on my credit card so I have created a chargeback dispute against the company and will be receiving a refund no matter what.I will be reporting this company to trading standards.I highly recommend you do not buy from this company. They are criminals.
