I've been a loyal customer of OnePlus. I bought OnePlus One, when it was first launched in India via the invite-only program. And decided to stick with the brand for almost a decade now. And now, it has lost its charm. The team doesn't care about its customers. I've been trying to buy the new OnePlus Nord 2T after researching about it and despite multiple attempts, for 4 consecutive days, during my busy schedule, trying to purchase via OnePlus store app, I couldn't buy it. I'd availed the exchange bonus, but the checkout failed not Once, but 6+ times. In the end, the company rolled back the exchange bonus and now I've to shell out more only because the app had bugs. The customer care team provided no solution. Imagine if buying is so difficult, how would after sales service look like!
