So I wrote a review back on Jan here. Regarding false advertising. If you buy a phone you get a Nvidia controller for free with the handset. Well I never got a controller and after weeks of back and forth reasoning debating to get the matter sorted. They gave me a free phone cover and a 50pound voucher to spend in the store. But folks you're gonna love this!! I tried to purchase headphones worth 49 pounds from the store. And I tried to use yes you guessed it the voucher. It didn't work to which really didn't surprise me so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and I spoke to their Abysmal. SCRIPTED CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. And the conversation went like this unfortunately you can't use the voucher because it needs to be higher than the Value of the voucher value.. so there good well gestures after giving absolutely shocking treatment to their customers with their poor service. They still want a customer to pay for a voucher anyway.. absolutely bizzare!!! The marketing strategy for this company is going right down the you know what. But I'm done, trying to be reasonable with this company. They have gave me absolutely nothing but shear disrespect. And their poor incompetent service they still blame the customer and have absolutely no intention to stand up admit when they are doing wrong. I have advice for someone who is thinking about purchasing a phone... Or any tech from this company.. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! And when this goes live we will get a scripted empathetic automated message saying they will use this to improve their customer care.. Well look at the reviews, has anything changed absolutely not!!! They have definitely lost me as a customer. They could have possibly kept me for future potential buys. But with this treatment they can shove their false advertising, fake promises!!!
