2 month repair, awful service.

OnePlus took 2 months to fix a broken screen! The cost was £82 and they offered me a voucher for their website that wouldn't actually pay for anything without me having to top it up, which I won't do as the company messed me around. Wouldn't ever get a OnePlus again because it's not worth the hassle. Crap company. Crap customer service operatives. Don't get one, it's a waste of money, and they don't deserve your money.
