I wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased the OP 8 Pro when it came out in 2020. Its still under warranty for another couple of weeks. Over the last year, I've had numerous issues with battery, touchscreen etc which were somewhat resolved by remote sessions. For the last few months, I have been having an issue where I'm not getting incoming calls.after restarting or putting the phone on airplane mode, I get the first call that comes through, then nothing. After going back and forth with customer care since February, testing out the sim on other phones and sending it in for repair (they sent it back within a day saying there's no issue),I still have no resolution. I've sent videos of the issue occuring on the OP phone and they're still not taking it seriously going back and forth asking for the same repeated information. I have some health conditions, and this issue has caused me to miss calls from my medical team, leading to complications. I have explained all of this to the multiple people on the mail chain but I still have no solution. I cannot keep following up on this as I have a baby due any day now. I feel like they are purposefully dragging this issue out until the warranty expires.
