Horrendous customer service

Well where do I start with customer service from one plus. Genuinely angry with how it's so obvious that they can't be bothered. Contacted regarding a phone I had bought ,yes it was second hand so wasn't expecting the red carpet service like u get from places when u buy direct from the sites but a little bit of help regarding one of there products would be nice . My issue was I was looking to find out why I wasn't getting 5g on the OnePlus 7 pro 5g version ,now I spoke to so many different agents regarding this as not one was able to give me any answers and most even told me there was no 5g version ,I even tried calling but got same issue of no help. What frustrated me was the fact that it is clear they are all just reading from a script as I got word for word the same response most of the time or just very automated bot like answers to which I even questioned if it was a real person I was speaking to. The lack of product knowledge aswell puts me at a concern the level of customer service you will receive. It is also clear that they do not properly read your messages as they keep asking questions to which I have already answered. When u message to put in complaints about all this it is even more clear that the person you are speaking to doesn't care one bit about your compalint as all we ever get is oh I've sent your feedback and it is now obvious that the feedback isnt doing much as just see all the bad reviews people have. I understand now after many attempts that's I cannot get the 5g due to my network as the 5g version only works on EE for some strange reason but if I was able to revieve that info from them in the beginning I may of been able to return the device. But now it's to late and I'm not out of pocket as I will have to look for another device as this one doesn't have all I was looking for when I purchased. This has to be one of the worst customer services from a company I have had in a long time
