I am not at all satisfied with one plus earphone . The product is not at all good it just started with damaged internally within 6 months and the customer care services are also not taking it in warrenty .. they said its a physical damage but the earphone are not working from inside itself and it's more than a 6 months so how to handle the earphone ? It will definitely look like the handling problem and physical damage and service center is just blaming customer and not taking my complaint ... I want my earphones replaced by the new one.very much dispointment I had got from Thane one plus service center
