I wanted to buy a Oneplus 9 pro during the black Friday deals.So I logged into my account, put the phone in my basket added my extra discount and I was ready to go, all good so far.I got called away from my computer when I got back at my computer I was not able to place the order anymore and had to start all over again, no problem this can happen.So I place the order again and I wanted to add my extra discount that I had but now I got a error saying the voucher has been used already.So I contacted customer service I had spoken with Nickname "Henry Smiths" which toke ages to respond and provided 0 support, after more then a hour in the chat the black Friday deals became to a end. So support said, best thing to do is wait for another offer we cant help you with this.I was just stunned with this type of response/support.I had bought 2 other phones with them over they years.Its such a pity, because the phones are really good and the last very long.But their customer service/ resolution to think outside their box is just beyond.They should setup a native English speaking company in Europe instead having a support desk that needs Google translate.Ps, this has noting to do with discrimination or racism, its just shows during the chats they are not listening or not understanding the questions or the support a person wants. And just given wrong or not relevant information back.Oneplus, if you want to loose another customer please dont reply to my message.If you want to keep your customer, come back to me with a proper resolution.Thanks.
