I ordered a OnePlus 8T+5G in December 2022. I traded in a Oneplus 6T thinking I would receive a credit to my credit card or a check. I waited for a month then had to send them an email to inquire about the trade-in. They issued me a voucher for $80.00 that could be used to purchase items on their website. I tried several times to use the voucher but on checkout the voucher value would not show up. I contacted their support personnel and got the runaround. I was told the voucher could not be used for discounted items. The item I was trying to buy was not on sale or discounted, when I brought that to their attention then they came up with the excuse that the voucher could not be used for upgraded models. Those earbuds has been on their website for a long time. The voucher is worthless under what conditions can the vouchers be used. While communicating sometimes it felt I was dealing with a computer. I don't recommend doing business with this organization. If you do don't trade-in your old phone. I know that they will respond that this is not what they represent. Tell us what do you represent with your poor customer support.
