Yes one plus has great phones but it's customer service is pathetic. I have been using one plus 6 for last more than 3 years without any issue. I wanted to upgrade to OnePlus 9 and ordered on OnePlus website with exchange of my old OnePlus 6. But at the time of delivery my phone got rejected (seriously don't know why). But I don't have any complaints on that. First i got mail saying that delivery exception "consignee refused to accept" ( what a joke) later they corrected and sent mail " returned to origin at shipper's request".I have waited 4 days and called OnePlus. One executive told that refund initiated but when I asked why I have not received details through mail/sms....no answer from her. The fact is she is also not able to see those details. Strange.Later I contacted another executive through whatsapp chat....she said that no refund initiated. Which one to believe??The executive in chat told that the product reached warehouse on 18th and when I asked then why there is no refund initiated....there is no answer from her except for"don't worry". Clearly there is lot of miscommunication or gap in this order. Inconsistency in the information provided. I didn't expect this from OnePlus. I hope The replies from"OnePlus" here should be given with concrete reply rather than usual English jargons like " highlighted to concern department", "resolved at the earliest" etc The fact is that i have not received my refund and my Bank started deducting EMI.
