My Oneplus 8 phone was just 1 year old. It was completely fine and working. The company gave a software update in October after which my phone shut down every 10 seconds. I complained about it to the company and also in the service centres. The staff in the service centre are so irresponsible, rude and unprofessional. They don’t value the money people spent on their products. My phone atleast turned on when I gave it for servicing. Those people didn’t return my device for many days and when I asked for it they weren’t ready to give it back. I demanded for my device to be returned, don’t know what they did with it, my phone aas completely dead. They accepted their mistake but didn’t do a thing to compensate. Instead I had been asked to pay 26000 to get it repaired. Why should I pay when I am not at fault. I’ve taken proper care of the phone. No dents, no falls, no cracks, and not even a single scratch. I even took care of when my phone should be charged, charged it 100% and never plugged it again until the battery was less than 30%. Is this how delicate your products are ? If yes then please stop manufacturing. Your phones are not worth the price and care. I suggest don’t buy the products from them.. they don’t take responsibility of their mistakes.
