It demonstrates you are full of crap.Here is my response to their email about replacing my phone that was damaged on receipt...Listen how messed up that is. In order to replace the device, I have to send it back without receiving a replacement. You are telling me I am supposed to borrow a phone from friends or family when I spent over $800 for a brand new phone? While if I bought it from a store, they would replace it right there. This is a violation of the terms of purchase. I will document and report to the Federal Trade Commission as necessary. When I ordered the phone I selected trade in. Make sure to send me the return packaging so I can get my money for the trade inI am done with this nonsense and I will never buy another one plus phone again.
