This company's customer service is shocking. Bought the Nord 2 5g in August which included a stadia première games controller as part of the package. The controller never turned up. I'm continually fobbed off by them when I chase it. I need to request it online and OnePlus give you a code..... conveniently the code never works. I've sent numerous messages ( most of which they ignore) and when they do reply it's to ask me to send them a screen shot of the error message I receive. The whole process starts again with a reply of....try this new code 😡. Why can't you just send the controller out directly OnePlus??? The phone is ok but I will never buy from them again because of the rubbish customer service received. I guess the promise of a games controller is just a sales gimmick that never materialises.UPDATE17th November and still not heard anything from OnePlus apart from the system generated response below on the 6th November!UPDATE25th March 2024 - surprisingly never heard from OnePlus 😡
