Bad ear phones, terrible customer service

Ordered Oneplus ear phones after purchasing the Oneplus phone. Earphones sound was bad and reported it to them. They mentioned a replacement would be on the way however a week later they then told me they want old ones back. This was never mentioned in the first conversation with them; I had since disposed off these after first conversation.After contacting them numerous times afterwards and explaining to them what happened, they then seen original transcript so I was told they would send out a replacement. These never arrived and after contacting them numerous times since, it appears I am being fobbed off.Ruined my Oneplus experience. Been a Customer since early days and with my experience with their customer service support, I will be moving brands once my phone needs replacementUpdateStill no word from Oneplus, customer care is non-existent. Avoid at all costs
