I bought a pair of their head phones at the beginning of last year, the headphones they sent where faulty, I requested another pair and again they sent a faulty pair. I've been trying to replace the headphones but their customer service is making no attempt to fix the matter, 20+ phone calls, 10+ emails. I phoned up today and they asked me to deal with them through email and promised they would reply later today, guess what, no reply.
