Oneplus is the worst customer service experience I ever had. I purchase buds pro on October 27 which is within the 15 days of the return policy, when the black Friday kicked in with its deals. I called for price match and I got turned back. As I am within the return policy time, I decided to return them. I am a old customer to date I purchased two phones and first gen buds. I was such a loyal customer that I went and purchased the pro buds. Loyal customers are not treated like that. No sure who trains the customer service reps but it's someone that does not understand the business nor how to treat loyalty.
