I bought my phone with bundle containing a screen protector. From previous sucessfull experience I knew it was not something to do in the spur of the moment and I waited 2 months before doing it with all the care it required.Eventually I failed at applying it. In the process I had to remove the factory applied screen protector. Now I have none.I called them and they didn't help me with tips on how to reapply it now. They didn't offer to replace it. No, they said that I didn't have a 2 years warranty on the screen protector. That, had I called within two months of buying it they could have helped me. I couldn't fill a complaint nor could my call be escalated. They have to follow a process.I think this is wrong on many account.They only offered a small discount on another screen protector. I am not sure I am willing to buy anything anymore from oneplus after this experience. Thankfully I've never needed my warranty in the past. I hope none of you need it ever. I fear it will be declined for any reasons they can make up.
