My Nord 2 never arrived, it never left the warehouse due to a technical issue their end. Took 5/6 weeks for them to refund, initially they refused so my bank looked into it. Customer service is terrible, they fob you off and give non existent delivery dates, they don’t pass you to management when asked. They try to tell you that you’ve lost your parcel, that it’s Hermes fault, etc. even though I already knew from 2 different customer service people that there was a technical fault to the warehouse on some uk orders. I went to oneplus because family members have given great tech reviews BUT the appalling customer service put me right back to Apple where I ordered and RECEIVED my iPhone BEFORE I received a refund from OnePlus. OnePlus are a terrible company who do not value their customers at all. Ethan Maximus is the ONLY advisor who genuinely cared and did eventually sort out the refund, he deserves a payrise for being the only honest member of staff.
