I purchased a set of buds back in May and last month one of the buds stoped working I contacted oneplus customer service via live chat, I was then told a new set would be sent to me and I would have shipping details within 24 to 48hrs... Great I thought!!! I hadn't heard anything for almost a week so I decided I would enquire to see if there had been any update!!! It took about 3 days before I got a reply. I then got an email to say I would be sent a return mail with shipping details. I have not received this mail and have sent several mails with no joy it's been very frustrating. I have been a customer for many years and thought oneplus would value there customers better then this. Long story short they don't stand over there products hence why they are alot cheeper then other companies. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. AVOID...
